Constructed as an exercise in ephemeral architecture over a void. The intent was to dissect a form that evokes the biological — a seed, a helmet, a thorax — to reveal that its strength lies not in its mass, but in its fractures. Photographed under Tenebrist lighting to isolate the object from physical reality, transforming it into a symbol of structural fragility.
The final act of this work is not the wooden object itself, but the capture of a precarious balance that exists only before the lens.
